I have been with them for 15 years and never had a problem until now I'm pregnant and this day and the nexted day trying to get this situation resolved due to them locking me out of my account for 24 hours then they promised me some free stuff for my trouble so I go to the store to pick it up and the said no you must when it was documented in the computer system that I was to receive this stuff so I left with nothing Im changeing phone companies

My name is Cornelius Brown. I've tried calling to talk with someone for a few days now, but for some reason, it keeps hanging up.
I get to where it says talk to someone, I say 'yes,' then it hangs up.
All I want to do is change my bill due date to 09/10/26. Will that be possible?

Cus I just wanted to let you know that I was robbed I took my phone and my wallet with all my money in it so and my credit card so I can't pay the bill now I need the phone back 2 days latomer service
- - Phone and wallet were stolen.
- - I couldn't pay my bill.
- - Two days later the thief returned a phone with a different number and a broken stylus.
How's robbed it took my phone and my wallet and all my money on my credit cards in it I lost everything that's why I can't pay my bill then he came back to me 2 days later with the phone and give me a phone back but it has a different phone number and a different stylus pen and it was a broken stylus pen mine wasn't broken it's a moto stylus 5G stylus 5G.

I paid my bill. Why is my phone off
Greetings this morning. I'll tell you what they shouldn't do.
They shouldn't have turned my phone service off.
My bill is not due until September 20th, 2026; I just paid it on August 18th, 2026. I can't get my assignments to go to work because you guys turned my services off.

I need them to put me & my son on the same line
I went to pay me& my son bill and they had the Nevers to tell me they do not have me and my son on the same line and that his bill is 60.00& mines to is 60.00 that not right
- At this point they are going to lose a customer
