Don't go to the store in Rolling Meadows IL!You could be attacked physically!
Employee tried to attack me and told me to get out of the store and said *** multiple times to me!
Been a customer for almost 10 years!
I need to see accountability for him treating me, the customer, like I didn't have a right to question why my data is being slowed down, and I have never got a text about my data in the last almost 10 years!
I'm shocked at his anger and threats!
He is lucky he was still standing when I walked out!
What a disgrace to the company!

- - Many customers came in and waited long periods; more reps are needed.

Lots of customers came into the store and had to wait long periods of time. Need someone who knows the job,and more reps in the store. This is unacceptable.
Replacement
The sales rep told me to hold on so that they could find the best option for me, put me on hold for at least 10 minutes, and then never got back on the line to help me resolve the issue.

I do not have service by what my phone is saying !
I am trying too call you Metro and you redirected me and ask to have permission to , I give it , yet I am writing no talk to anyone I been with metro 25 years and have had it .

Customer service rep was knowledgeable, he helped me with my extension and my phone back on. Thank you
Was supposed to be credited 20$ on my bill
- - Service disconnected; I couldn't talk to anyone.
- - MetroPCS promised a $20 credit, but it isn't credited; today is the last day to pay my bill.
Got disconnected, didn't even get to talk to anybody besides a hello. I wanted to cancel the service to my tablet.
Instead, the Metro PCS lady said she would credit me twenty dollars on my bill, so I didn't have to cancel it this month. But she has not credited that $20 to my bill yet, and today is the last day I can pay my bill.

- - My old unlocked Metro by T-Mobile phone has a wrong number listed.
- - I spoke with a Metro agent, but the call dropped when I said yes to hold.
My old unlocked Metro by T-Mobile phone has a wrong number listed. I got someone from Metro on the line, but when she asked if she could place me on hold, I said yes, and apparently, she quit hearing me, and the connection was conveniently lost.
- No physical store nearby
Preferred solution: The wrong phone number removed from my phone. It has my name listed and a phone number that was never mine.
User's recommendation: Metro was ok when they had a storefront local.

- - Phone screen is black; I bought a $150 new phone, but activation failed.
- - Support issues with verification and regaining old number and devices.
Pretty much everything still the same I just got tired of dealing with you so much I just settle for whatever I had too much drama too much stress just over a phone phone number and changing phones too much too much too much so I just got so stressed so tired of it I gave up my depression and anxiety was super bad a body broke down it was just too much so it is what it is have to give up already got too much going on in my life got my own issues already just too much

Hi, my phone is off right now because I did not pay the bill, but I see that my phone has been reported stolen. My phone is brand new from Metro PCS.
I got my phone in person with my ID on February 11, one day before my birthday.
Someone is lying, trying to get a replacement phone. I have a Motorola 2026 G Play.
Preferred solution: Report that someone changed the IMEI Number on my device and trying to get a replacement phone using my esim somehow I bought my phone brand new February 11 one day before my birthday in person at metro PCs for 130 Motorola 2026 G play
