Did an absolutely poor job phone was deactivated twice and the second party was able to make a high security code on the main line where I'm unable to even get on my own account which would not have happened if the two times was activated deactivated followed through so blaming this on you now they're saying I have to go to the office to remove this high security how do I have to remove a high security on my account that I did not use You're seeing my account I have access to it very disappoint extremely disappointed needs to be fixed immediately or I will go to hire chains customer service is very poor

I didn't get the help I needed from the store it's been over 7 weeks and when I I finally got an agent who listen to me he just lied to me then when I spoke to a manager the next day they argued and were a smart *** for over 30 min when I ask to speak with someone else the refused. And I'm still with the same broken phone.

As soon as I am able to switch carriers and get the phone I want I will. And I'm going to contact the BBB since I can't get help from a higher up and can not get a hold of cooperate . This is a work phone that does not work properly. It's been the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had .

I am totally unsatisfied with all of metro and would never refer anyone if this is the way you treat people.

Tell them one thing and just flat out lie. It's a real shame

Security issue and rude supervision. I have been trying to have this issue fixed for months and have talked to several customer service agents about it.

It never gets fixed. I asked to speak to a supervisor yesterday and he was no help either, and was rude with advice that made no sense. My confirmation number is sent to another number on my account, other than mine, on my family plan when I pay my bill every month.

Great security...as they ask me to send back a security code to pay my bill. How does this make sense?

I believe I was speaking to someone in India or at least a country other than the U.S.A., strike one. Her accent was so thick that I could barely understand her, strike two. And to top it all off, I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone and it took another 30 minutes to take care of the issue I called about because their computers were f---ed up!
