Today around 10:30 am 01/27/24 i went into the store on 12035 perrin beitel rd i asked the older associate some questions about my account i felt it was a bit high so i told tgats ok just stay with tmoble and walked out tgats it so i get to my van my wife decided shecwzntedvto drivecso i could make so calls at this point i was over layered so as i was pulling my jacket and hat off before getting in my vehickle when i noticed the youger hispanic female employee was video taping me i had my special needs dyaghter in the can on my side so i asked the employee why she was taping me and my duaghter she apparently was affended becuase she thuaght i flipped her the finger. Wow which was not the case i was just taking off my jacket and hat.
She became very irate and rude with me and terrified my special needs duaghter. I made several attemps to contact metro customer service they refused to do anything management would not even come to phonevto take my call i have filed a police report and moving forward with legal civil action against that employee and metro NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW YOURCEMPLOYEE CREATED A HOSTLE SITUATION THAT WAS NOT NESSASSARY.

I pay $90 a month for 2 unlimited lines of service. When my December payment was due I paid $90 on the 21st and my service was canceled on the 22nd.
My daughter recieved the text saying service was restored but was not able to use the phone due to the service being turned off but at the time we were unaware of what happend. The Metro PCS store in Fairburn GA closed down so I was unable to get the issue resolved in person. I was finally informed to go to a corporate Metro PCS center which I did. The store manager Ashley, was a great help and explained the situation to a corporate supervisor, clearly stating that I payed for the service and was never given the service and my money was not returned.
The supervisor replied by saying he understands but will not give me my money back nor would he credit my account the $90. As we both stood in a moment of shock and confusion he continued to say that I have to pay even more to get the lines turned back on. His reasoning was that I didn't pay for January service which me and the store manager stated over and over that I never had service for December so why on earth would I pay for another month.
In the end Metro PCS stole my money, never gave me the service i paid for, acknowledged it and charged me more money. I would like my $90 returned with compensation for the gas spent driving to 3 store locations, the time spent trying to resolve the issue, and the unnecessary stress that has been placed on me to beg for a service i paid hard earned money for.

After seeing ads for a new phone when you switch or new customer, i then decided to upgrade my Note9 phone which been a very "Reliable Phone" & to switch my Phone Plan, for a better phone service. I went into store to sign up for the Federal Government $35-$75 off plan with free phone.
Then asked about the S21 I seen but it Costed to much, but was told i could get it at a discount with new sign up. I agreed cause I needed better service and phone. Endedup paying them $192, gave them $200 got 8 back. Afterwards I was driving off down the down and the Maps wouldn't work and phone service was off, so I turned back around to the store.
Once there, they wouldn't let me in the store, and kept saying they are closed. I told them they didn't turn my phone on, so they took it and gave back minutes later as if they were angry that my phone wasn't working. Days later I contacted support about poor service and the quality of the phone that act, operate, and display poorly as a kid's toy phone. After complaining about the service, I then found out they gave me a A13 or A14 this phone instead of the S21 I thought i had and paid them for when signed up.
I've contacted MetroPc, and they pretend to be on my side in understanding, but not so. For a month straight NOW, THEY HAVE PLAYED A GAME WITH ME AND HAVE WASTED COUNTLESS HOURS AND HOURS OF MY TIME, HAVING ME DRIVING MANY PLACES TO PICKUP THE S21 PHONE I PAID FOR. INSTEAD I CAME TO REALIZE THAT THEY TRAIN THEIR WORKS VERY WELL AT PRETENDING TO HELP, BUT INSTEAD THEY HAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS HOPING YOU GIVE UP. I REALLY THOUGHT THEY WERE REALLY WANTING TO AID THE ISSUE.
BUT INSTEAD THEY PLAY THEY GAME, WHILE IM FORCE TO USE A PHONE THAT DON'T EVEN WORK DECENT ENOUGH TO DO ANY WORK ON. I GOT SCAMMED, "SOLD ME THE FREE PHONE LOL" AND AGAIN, THEY DON'T CARE. Like who going to do something about it, they way they operate. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THE CONSUMERS COMMISSIONS.
S, THANKS. Notice in the picture, how in the middle of the receipt it looks blurred out, and that's where the Serial numbers and phone model number. I just notice they wiped that spot clean or clear. This is amazing, selling me a A13 that's free, and having me think I had the S21 as I paid for..
It's a Dangerous World People. Can I have what I paid for or money back, please, so i can go buy me a real phone i can do my work on?
