I'm needing to set up my phone number, but I don't know my new phone number. I tried calling you, but no one answered me to help me.
I'm stuck trying to set up my new phone number. Can you call for help by your customer service 24/7 customer service help number?

I wasn't able to get ahold of metro when I called them; only through here was I able to do anything. Five stars, most definitely.

I have no control over my keyboard, files109 app downloaded but only 35 are mine. this is the 2nd time I've replaced a old phone to a new one costing me another 200$. now this one is spyware, family plan, I'm jot admin, I can't open files, drive etc

I am so sick and tired of picking up my phone calling Metro just have a rude nasty person on the phone. This something really has to get done or Im going to take action legal action because I am a mentally disabled man in my 50s and I dont like being talked to any old kind of way when I have a problem I call Metro to resolve the problem, not to have somebody talk to me rude I dont talk to anybody rude or disrespect anybody Metro need to retrain their Customer Care representatives

My metro phone isn't letting me call anyone
- - Phone wasn't working on some calls.
- - Two agents and two stores couldn't resolve the problem; the phone is six months old.
- - Switch to a different carrier.
Phone wasn't working on some calls so I had 2 agents over the phone and 2 stores messed it up worse.noone can seem to resolve this problem and the 2 stores keep trying to sell me a new phone this one is only 6 months old

To get account information, mail to me. I've been trying to pay my cell phone bill.
I need the whole bill emailed to me. I only have the account number; I need the invoice.

User's recommendation: Not to get this service u can’t use ur bank only debit card very inconvenient. Now my phone service is interrupted and I was supposed to be able to which you would think be able to pay with your checking and savings account but because it’s a debit account, you can only use a debit card and you can’t even go inside the app to use something to put down your checking and savings or your routing number so I’m just I’m done can’t even get an invoice sent to me because the machine keeps cutting off or it’ll say just pay. How am I to pay when there’s nothing to pay too
Payment and switch my due date
I need to switch my payment date and see if I can pay 45 now and the rest on the next bill my bill is 55
